Key Responsibilities
• Effectively deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress where required.
• Collaborate positively with school staff to support the day's educational objectives.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK secondary education phase.
• Demonstrate a strong command of effective classroom management strategies.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school settings.
• Hold a genuine passion for inspiring secondary-aged pupils.
• Have a proven ability to engage students across diverse subjects and abilities.
• Be available for flexible work, encompassing daily, short-term, and long-term assignments.
