Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that capture pupils' imaginations across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting respect and a strong work ethic.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic pupil welfare and achievement.
• Contribute to wider school life, participating in extracurricular activities and school events.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within Key Stage 2, or are an exceptional Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling career.
• A genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to children's social and academic growth.
• You have excellent classroom management skills, capable of fostering a productive learning environment.
• A creative approach to teaching, bringing curriculum subjects to life through innovative methods.
• You are an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
