Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse and complex learning needs of pupils.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for small groups.
* Assess pupil progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and ethos.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with pupils with complex learning needs at secondary phase.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inclusive education and pupil development.
* Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show adaptability and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
