Key Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with primary-aged pupils.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour in a supportive environment.
* Plan and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support professionals.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) at any stage of your career (ECT, MPS, UPS).
* Possess a proven track record of working effectively with primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate exceptional resilience and empathy when navigating complex behavioural challenges.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
