About the Role
A forward-thinking school in Bedfordshire is seeking a versatile PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team, offering essential cover across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This dynamic role involves delivering engaging lessons, ensuring continuous learning for pupils, and providing vital support to colleagues. We are looking for an adaptable educator who can seamlessly integrate into various classroom environments, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The school is open to discussing a range of contract options, from long-term and short-term placements to daily supply or a permanent position, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring curriculum coverage.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and inclusively, fostering mutual respect.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, supporting their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other school staff.
* Contribute to the school's vibrant learning community through active participation.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
* Possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a child-centred approach.
* Be highly adaptable and capable of building rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering pupil growth.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with the school community.
