About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to support our pupils' learning journeys across various subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity and inspiration. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Maintain continuity of learning for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom dynamics within the area.
• Adhere to all school policies and safeguarding procedures diligently.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils to aid their academic progress.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Demonstrates recent experience teaching within secondary education settings.
• Possesses excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Shows a proactive and adaptable approach to different teaching situations.
• Committed to supporting student well-being and academic achievement.
• Enjoys contributing positively to a school's vibrant learning community.
