About the Role
Join a highly regarded school in Northamptonshire, dedicated to providing exceptional specialist primary education. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), both individually and in small groups. This vital role involves working with children facing complex learning needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. We offer a range of contract options, from daily supply to permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with diverse learning needs and EHCPs.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to meet specific educational targets.
* Implement effective strategies to assist children with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.
* Contribute to the assessment and review process for individual pupil progress and EHCPs.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* Show a strong understanding of various complex learning difficulties, including ASD and ADHD.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to daily challenges.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, maintaining professional relationships.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for making a significant difference in children's lives.
* Be proactive and adaptable, ready to embrace new strategies and learning approaches within a specialist setting.
