Key Responsibilities

* Plan and prepare creative schemes of work that effectively cater to diverse pupil needs and learning styles.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous academic achievement.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring workshop environment, ensuring the responsible use of all equipment and resources.
* Contribute positively to departmental initiatives and actively participate in the broader school community.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
* Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a profound passion for Design and Technology.
* Be a dynamic and enthusiastic practitioner, capable of inspiring pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
* Show a genuine commitment to pupil progress, well-being, and personal development.
