About the Role
A thriving school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dynamic PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team for an immediate start. This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all primary key stages, providing essential cover and continuity for pupils. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a stimulating and supportive educational environment for children from EYFS through to KS2. We are looking for an adaptable educator eager to embrace a diverse and rewarding challenge within our vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Ensuring continuity of learning by effectively following existing lesson plans and schemes of work.
* Managing classroom behaviour positively and promoting a safe, inclusive learning space.
* Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all pupils within varying year groups.
* Providing constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their progress and development.
* Collaborating effectively with year group teams and colleagues to support whole-school initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary schools.
* Your experience spans across multiple primary key stages, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a productive and respectful atmosphere.
* You are highly adaptable, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in diverse teaching scenarios.
* A genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds drives your practice.
* You are dedicated to promoting high standards of achievement and well-being for every child.
