About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join the vibrant Science department at a flourishing school, offering a long-term, permanent contract. You will be instrumental in delivering captivating Chemistry lessons across the secondary phase, inspiring students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject, with a potential start in September or sooner.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Chemistry lessons to diverse secondary school students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Contribute proactively to the ongoing development and success of the Science department.
* Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich the students’ scientific experience.
* Uphold the highest standards of teaching and learning within the school community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable expertise in Chemistry.
* You are a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for your subject.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, fostering a productive learning atmosphere.
* You are adept at differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive departmental culture.
