You will play a crucial role in ensuring continuous, high-quality learning experiences for pupils throughout the school week, earning a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across various primary year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils are supported in their learning journey, adapting approaches as needed.
* Collaborate positively with teaching staff and support teams to maintain continuity.
* Uphold the school's high standards for pupil welfare and academic endeavour.
* Provide consistent cover, allowing class teachers valuable planning and preparation time.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness in diverse classroom settings.
* Maintain excellent behaviour management strategies to inspire respectful learning.
