• Facilitate positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and wider team to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils is a top priority at all times.

• Possess relevant experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and pupil development.
