About the Role
This is an exceptional career opportunity for a passionate DT Teacher to join a respected school in Slough, Berkshire, on a long-term permanent contract, starting in September or sooner. You will be instrumental in shaping the creative and practical skills of secondary students, fostering a love for design and technology within a supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons across key stages.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Assess student progress accurately and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the DT curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop and classroom space.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a strong academic background in Design and Technology.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Be passionate about inspiring young people through practical learning.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
