We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to join an exceptional school in the West Midlands for a long-term, permanent position starting in September 2026. This pivotal role involves delivering captivating and inspiring science lessons with a clear specialism in Biology across the secondary phase. You will contribute significantly to a thriving department, fostering a profound love for scientific discovery and academic excellence among all pupils, with remuneration paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and effective Biology lessons to secondary school pupils.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Develop and implement engaging schemes of work and lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
* Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of the Science department.
* Foster a stimulating and supportive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Engage with school-wide initiatives
