About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an imaginative and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning space conducive to exploration and discovery.
* Rigorously assess and monitor pupil development, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Forge robust partnerships with parents and carers to support holistic child progress.
* Actively contribute to the vibrant extra-curricular life and wider school community.
* Implement positive behaviour management strategies that promote respect and self-regulation.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an EYFS setting.
* A genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds drives your practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities enable effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
* Your adaptability allows you to seamlessly transition between various contract lengths and classroom needs.
* You demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
