About the Role
A respected school in Princess Risborough, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to pupils across the primary phase, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for an individual available for an immediate start, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, enhancing their learning journey.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Facilitate a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
* Contribute to the development and preparation of diverse learning resources.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching staff.

About You
* You possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational support.
* Previous experience working within a primary school setting is highly advantageous.
* Your commitment to fostering children's development and well-being is evident.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* A proactive and adaptable approach ensures you thrive in a dynamic school environment.
* You demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding principles and practice within education.
