About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be an Early Career Teacher eager to begin your journey.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil well-being and achievement.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a desire to learn.
• Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy classroom effectively.
