About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant seeking a truly rewarding opportunity in Daventry? A dynamic school in Northamptonshire is actively looking for dedicated support to enrich their primary phase provision. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, all with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, starting as soon as possible. This is your chance to make a real difference in the foundational stages of children's learning within a mainstream setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Nurturing the development of children aged 3-5 through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting the class teacher in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment for all pupils.
• Assisting with the planning and preparation of educational resources and classroom displays.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering independence in young learners throughout the school day.
• Contributing to the observation and accurate assessment of individual pupil progress.
• Upholding the highest standards of child safeguarding and welfare at all times.

About You
• You possess demonstrated experience supporting children in an EYFS or primary school setting.
• You have a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, staff, and parents.
• You demonstrate adaptability and resilience, thriving in various classroom scenarios.
• You adopt a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork within the school environment.
• You hold a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
