As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment, providing crucial behaviour support and guiding pupils through emotional regulation. We are looking for dedicated individuals available for immediate starts on a range of flexible contracts including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with established school policies.
* Support pupils in developing their emotional regulation and resilience skills.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into the broader learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
* Contribute to maintaining a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all students.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
