An exceptional school in Telford is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join their primary setting. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with pupils, understanding their individual needs and fostering trust.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, adapting teaching methodologies to maximise learning outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of support staff and external professionals.
* Actively contribute to the school's positive and inclusive culture, embodying its values daily.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within a primary setting.
* You have a proven track record of supporting primary-aged children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Your approach to behaviour management is proactive, therapeutic, and consistently effective.
