Opportunities are available on a long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent basis, commencing as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-on-one and small group support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging situations calmly and constructively.
* Mentor pupils, guiding them in developing positive social and emotional skills.
* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with children, acting as a consistent and supportive presence.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and specialist staff to ensure a cohesive support approach.
