About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, supporting their development in a setting that values collaboration and shared growth. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for immediate starts, with flexible contract options including Long Term, Daily Supply, Short Term, or Permanent arrangements, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide engaging support for children aged 0-5, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, promoting learning through play.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing updates on children's daily activities and achievements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school's inclusive and supportive ethos.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to child welfare.
• Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrate substantial experience working with young children.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting a dynamic nursery setting.
• Understand and uphold safeguarding principles and practices with unwavering dedication.
• Bring a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to every aspect of your work.
