Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective social communication for students on the autism spectrum.
* Manage and respond to individual sensory needs within the school setting.
* Support students in accessing the secondary curriculum across various subjects.
* Implement tailored strategies to promote student independence and progress.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute positively to the overall well-being and development of every student.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You show a genuine passion for fostering inclusive learning environments.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with students and staff.
* You demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to diverse student needs.
* You are committed to continuous professional development in SEN support.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training for working in an educational setting.
