About the Role
A flourishing school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This rewarding opportunity involves working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex needs within a specialist SEN provision. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the delivery of an adapted curriculum and actively promoting student independence. We are currently looking for passionate individuals for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, with an immediate start available. A competitive daily rate of £90 - £115 will be offered for this vital position.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of adapted learning plans and differentiated curriculum activities.
* Encourage and develop pupils' independence and life skills within the school environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to foster an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
* Support effective classroom management strategies and uphold a positive behaviour policy.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing educational setting for all students.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils with complex needs is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate strong empathy, patience, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students and staff.
* You are a proactive and adaptable team player, eager to contribute positively to a school community.
* Committed to fostering an environment where every pupil can thrive and achieve their potential.
