This pivotal role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in children's learning and development, with opportunities available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive, contributing to an excellent daily rate of £95 - £110 and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with diverse special educational needs.
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities that cater to specific requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
• Hold relevant experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEN.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
• A relevant qualification in childcare or education would be highly advantageous.
