About the Role
We are actively seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a dedicated school in Havering, East London. This daily supply and short-term role involves covering diverse adapted curriculum areas within a specialist secondary SEN setting. You will be instrumental in providing consistent, high-quality education and support to pupils with a wide range of special educational needs, adapting swiftly to various classroom environments. This vital position ensures continuity of learning for pupils and offers a rewarding challenge for an experienced educator.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across various subjects to secondary pupils with SEN.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet individual pupil needs and learning styles.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil assistance throughout the day.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive educational environment.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
* Possess proven experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs at secondary level.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering pupil development.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development in SEN provision.
