About the Role
A highly regarded school in the South East is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher. This specialist secondary school supports pupils with complex learning needs. You will deliver an adapted curriculum within small group settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on pupil development. We are looking for an inspiring educator to join a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Implement differentiated teaching strategies effectively.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
* Contribute to the development of personalised learning plans.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience teaching pupils with complex SEN at secondary level.
* A profound passion for supporting learners with diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
