About the Role
A thriving school in Corby is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This pivotal role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the daily learning journeys of primary pupils, fostering a positive and engaging educational environment. We are looking for someone eager to contribute to the holistic development of children, providing crucial classroom support and celebrating every step of their progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide effective support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging learning activities and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation.
• Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils with additional needs.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of pupil behaviour and engagement throughout the school day.
• Observe and report on pupil progress and development to the class teacher.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess prior experience working within a primary school environment.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
