Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver inspiring and inclusive lessons across the KS1 curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and active participation.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth and attainment.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure holistic pupil development.
• Maintain a well-organised and vibrant learning space that reflects children's work and celebrates their achievements.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children at all times.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within Key Stage 1.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and the holistic development of young learners.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to daily teaching, inspiring children to reach their full potential.
