Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored assistance to secondary pupils with SEMH needs within a specialist educational setting.
* Implement effective strategies for positive behaviour support and de-escalation.
* Support pupils in developing their emotional regulation skills and resilience.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into classroom learning and daily routines.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to deliver an inclusive and supportive curriculum.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, contributing to individualised education plans.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary phase.
