Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging play-based learning activities that support all areas of child development.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and deliver exceptional early years provision.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding their child's daily experiences.
• Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of every child.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification, or have demonstrable experience in a nursery setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Show a proactive and adaptable approach, responding positively to the evolving needs of the nursery.
• Understand and commit to robust safeguarding practices.
• Exhibit a collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a dedicated early years team.
