Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct one-to-one or small group support to pupils with complex SEN.
* Assist teachers in adapting learning materials to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Foster the development of pupils' independence and life skills.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies and contribute to a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
* Liaise effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents/carers regarding pupil progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils at all times, adhering to school policies.
About You
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with complex needs, is highly desirable.
