Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic, challenging Maths lessons across key stages, inspiring a love for the subject.

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and succeed.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
• Possess demonstrable experience teaching Maths at secondary level, or be an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling career.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for Mathematics, capable of making complex concepts accessible and engaging for all learners.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
