About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded school, dedicated to providing outstanding support for secondary-aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, working within a specialist provision. This rewarding position involves assisting pupils to access an adapted curriculum and empowering them to develop essential life skills and independence. The school is looking for dedicated individuals available to start as soon as possible, with daily rates ranging from £90 to £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with a diverse range of complex Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the delivery of an adapted curriculum, ensuring learning activities are accessible and engaging.
* Actively promote pupils' independence and develop their life skills within the school setting.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and other professionals to implement individualised education plans.
* Support pupils both individually and in small groups, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
* Help manage classroom resources and contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

About You
* You possess previous experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN or specialist educational setting.
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people with complex needs is essential.
