Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons to secondary students in specialist SEN environments.

* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive student welfare and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement during your assignments.
* Adhere to all school policies and procedures, upholding professional standards at all times.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
* Have a proven track record of successfully supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
* Demonstrate adaptability and resilience when working in varied school environments.
* Show a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
* Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues.
