About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher, specialising in both French and Spanish, to join an inclusive school with a commitment to academic excellence. This challenging and rewarding permanent position offers a unique opportunity to inspire secondary pupils to develop a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and linguistic proficiency, commencing September or sooner. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring French and Spanish lessons across the secondary curriculum, from Key Stage 3 through to GCSE.
* Develop innovative and challenging schemes of work that cater to a wide range of learning abilities and styles.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and provide targeted feedback for improvement.
* Contribute proactively to the vibrant MFL department, sharing best practices and developing new resources.
* Participate fully in the school's extracurricular programme, enriching pupils' language experiences beyond the classroom.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish.
* You demonstrate an exceptional ability to engage and motivate secondary school pupils in language acquisition.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.
* You exhibit excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
* You are adaptable, collaborative, and eager to contribute positively to a dedicated team of educators.
