Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to secondary pupils.
* Assess pupil progress comprehensively and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum.
* Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can flourish.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure productive learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support departmental goals.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are passionate about language education.
* You demonstrate expertise in teaching both French and Spanish up to Key Stage 5.
* You are capable of inspiring pupils of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to contribute to a collaborative faculty.
