About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary team. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support across various classrooms, including vital SEN assistance, to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for an individual available for immediate starts, with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups within the primary setting.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Contribute to the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day.

About You
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development.
* Demonstrate experience working with pupils, ideally including those with SEN.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be adaptable and proactive, capable of thriving in a dynamic school environment.
* Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
