Key Responsibilities
* Implement bespoke support plans to address individual pupil SEMH needs effectively.
* Employ de-escalation techniques with skill and sensitivity during moments of heightened emotion.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, acting as a consistent mentor and role model.
* Guide pupils in developing crucial social skills and emotional regulation strategies.
* Collaborate proactively with teaching staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and inspiring learning atmosphere where every child can flourish.
