About the Role
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school community. This immediate opportunity involves covering classes across a range of adapted curriculum areas within specialist secondary SEN settings. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning for pupils with diverse special educational needs, working on a flexible daily supply and short-term contract basis. This is a rewarding chance to contribute significantly to pupils' educational journeys and development.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles and abilities effectively.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.
* Uphold the school's behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures consistently.
* Provide comprehensive cover for absent teachers, ensuring educational continuity.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, promoting a calm and productive atmosphere.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and a proactive approach to varying classroom needs.
* A genuine passion for supporting and advocating for pupils with diverse special educational needs is evident.
* You are proficient in tailoring educational content to ensure accessibility and engagement for every pupil.
* You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to apply for one.
