Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum and resources.
• Uphold the school's commitment to student well-being and safeguarding policies.
• Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich students' scientific understanding.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and the ability to inspire learners.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
• Be adept at creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs.
• Show a proactive approach to professional development and collaborative teamwork.
• Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
