Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Provide effective classroom cover for PPA time, maintaining positive learning environments.
• Implement school policies and procedures consistently to ensure pupil welfare and progress.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive staff team.
• Monitor pupil engagement and progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners in different year groups.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within primary education.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when working across various year groups and subjects.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering pupil development and academic achievement.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
