Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Develop innovative schemes of work that captivate pupil interest and promote scientific enquiry.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute actively to the wider life of the Science department and the school community.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to learn.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Possess a genuine passion for Chemistry and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an optimal learning environment.
• Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to professional growth and collaborative team working.
