About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a well-established primary school, fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for young pupils. This vital role involves shaping the early educational journey of children, building strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy. Opportunities are available across a range of contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and learning.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure holistic child development.
* Uphold the school's ethos and policies, contributing positively to the wider school community.
* Differentiate teaching methods to cater for diverse learning styles and individual needs.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* You demonstrate a passion for fostering foundational learning in Key Stage 1 pupils.
* You are adept at classroom management, ensuring a productive and respectful learning space.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
