About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their vibrant primary setting. This essential role involves providing crucial support across various classrooms, assisting pupils with their learning and development, and offering tailored SEN support where needed. Opportunities are available for immediate starts, offering flexible contract options including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions. Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting their valuable contribution to pupil progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils individually or in small groups to enhance learning.
* Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and managing resources effectively.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Provide essential one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.
* Encourage pupil engagement and independence during lessons and activities.
* Help maintain good order and positive behaviour within the classroom.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's education.
