About the Role
A well-established school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist primary team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), working both individually and with small groups of children. You will be instrumental in assisting pupils with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. This position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent arrangements, with an immediate start available and a competitive daily rate of £90 to £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Deliver engaging 1:1 interventions to support individual learning goals.
* Facilitate small group activities, promoting social and academic development.
* Assist children with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external specialists to support pupil progress.

About You
* You possess prior experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate a clear understanding of complex learning difficulties such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* You are patient, empathetic, and bring a resilient approach to your work.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively.
* You hold a genuine commitment to fostering the well-being and academic progress of every child.
