About the Role
A flourishing school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to provide essential cover across its secondary phase. This vital role involves supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs, delivering engaging lessons across an adapted curriculum on a daily supply and short-term basis. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and fostering a positive learning environment from an immediate start, adapting your approach to meet individual pupil requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver well-structured and differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of secondary pupils with special educational needs.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate seamlessly with existing support staff to maximise pupil engagement and progress.
* Assess pupil understanding informally and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organised learning environment throughout all lessons.
* Ensure all school policies and safeguarding procedures are rigorously adhered to during your assignments.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to teach at secondary level.
* Demonstrable experience working with pupils with a range of special educational needs within a secondary school setting.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* Hold a deep commitment to inclusive education and the holistic development of every pupil.
* Be available for daily supply and short-term assignments, ready to commence immediately.
* Show a proactive and positive attitude, contributing effectively to the school community from day one.
