Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Manage pupil behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive space.
* Collaborate with year group teams and subject leaders to ensure continuity.
* Assess pupil progress formatively and provide constructive feedback.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and behaviour strategies.
* Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to teach in various year groups effectively.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.
