We are seeking a compassionate ASD Support Assistant to provide essential support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum. This role involves implementing structured routines, utilising effective sensory strategies, and fostering communication development. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £90 to £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum.
* Implement and maintain structured routines within the specialist provision.
* Utilise effective sensory strategies to support pupil engagement and well-being.
* Facilitate and enhance communication development for individual pupils.
* Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to achieve pupil-specific goals.
* Contribute positively to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

* You demonstrate experience in implementing effective support strategies for pupils on the autism spectrum.
