Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons suitable for primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources effectively to meet individual pupil requirements and learning styles.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil care.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate observations to relevant staff members.
* Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and behaviour management.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in varied educational settings, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, fostering an environment of respect and active participation.
* You display exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
